Greek Wrap with Fish
A simple Greek-inspired fish wrap with a delicious combination of flavors. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β4 oz Fish (tilapia or cod)
- β1 Mediterranean wrap
- β2 tbsp Oozy tzatziki sauce
- β1 Tomato
- β1/4 Cucumber
- β1/4 Red onion
- β4 Kalamata olives
- β1/4 cup Feta cheese
- β1 cup Lettuce
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
Instructions

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Season the fish with salt and pepper.

Add the fish to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, prepare the wrap by spreading the tzatziki sauce on the bottom half of the wrap.

Add the lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese on top of the sauce.

Once the fish is cooked, place it on top of the vegetables.

Fold the top half of the wrap over the fish and serve immediately.
