Thai Crispy Bread Casserole

- β1/2 loaf russian white bread
- β1/4 cup vegetable oil
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β2 tablespoons fish sauce
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β2 large eggs
- β1/2 cup coconut milk

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Cut the old fashioned crunchy bread and Russian white bread into 1-inch cubes.

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.

In a large bowl, whisk together the fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, eggs, and coconut milk.
