Grilled Portuguese Fish Wrap
A delicious and flavorful Portuguese-inspired dish featuring fresh fish wrapped in a crusty wrap, served with a side of tangy slaw.
Ingredients
- β1 pound Fresh fish (tilapia or mahi-mahi)Cut into 4 equal pieces
- β4 wraps Portuguese wrapWarm before serving
- β1/4 teaspoon Ocean saltFor seasoning
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsleyChopped for garnish
- β2 tablespoons Lemon juiceFor marinade

- β2 tablespoons MayonnaiseFor slaw dressing

2. In a small bowl, mix together lemon juice, garlic, and 1/4 teaspoon of ocean salt.

3. Brush the mixture on both sides of the fish pieces and let marinate for 10 minutes.

5. Meanwhile, mix together mayonnaise and chopped parsley in a small bowl.

6. Slaw: Shred 1 cup of cabbage and mix with the mayonnaise mixture.
