Pan-Seared Canadian Fish
A simple and flavorful dish featuring fresh Canadian fish, cooked to perfection with a hint of lemon and herbs.
Ingredients
- β4 fillets (6 oz each) Canadian Fish
- β1 tsp dried Fresh Ocean Herbs
- β2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- β2 tbsp Olive Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Season the Canadian fish fillets with salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the fish for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.

While the fish is cooking, mix the fresh ocean herbs and lemon juice in a small bowl.
