Uruguayan Wrap with Nutty Sprouts
A unique Italian-inspired wrap filled with sautéed Brussels sprouts and crunchy nuts, perfect for a quick snack.
Ingredients

- ●1/4 cup nutty (almonds or walnuts)chopped
- ●1 wraplarge flour tortilla
- ●2 tablespoons olive oil
- ●1 clove garlicminced

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to the skillet.

Sauté the Brussels sprouts until tender and slightly browned, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the chopped nuts to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Warm the large flour tortilla in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.

Assemble the wrap by placing the sautéed sprouts and nuts onto the tortilla.
