Peruvian Chicken Skewers
A flavorful and spicy Peruvian-inspired dish featuring marinated chicken skewers, perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients

- β1/4 cup peruvian pepper saucesee note for homemade recipe
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceadjust to taste
- β2 tablespoons crunchy peanut butter
- β1 tablespoon nutty honey
- β3 cloves garlicminced
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β10-12 skewerssoaked in water for 30 minutes
