Grilled Italian Chicken Skewers
A classic Italian dish featuring marinated chicken breast, grilled to perfection on skewers. Great as a main course or appetizer.

- β500g chicken breastcut into 1-inch pieces
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor marinade
- β1 peruvian peppersliced
- β1/2 cup crunchy bread crumbsfor breading
- β1/2 cup nutty parmesanshredded
- βto taste salt

1. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, salt, and Peruvian pepper.

2. Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving a small space between each piece.

5. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
