Irish Beef Stir Fry
A hearty and flavorful beef stir fry that's gluten-free and easy to make.
Ingredients

- ●2 tbsp (30ml) Nutty Oil (e.g., peanut or walnut oil)
- ●2 medium Chewy Carrots
- ●1 large Irish Onions
- ●2 tbsp (30g) Stir-Fry Sauce (gluten-free)Make sure to choose a gluten-free option.
Instructions

Heat the nutty oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.

Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside to rest.

Add the carrots and onions to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until they're tender-crisp.

Return the beef to the skillet and stir in the stir-fry sauce.

Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.

Serve the beef and vegetables hot, garnished with chopped fresh herbs if desired.
