Bengali Poha Balls
A traditional Bengali snack made with poha, nuts, and a hint of nutty flavor. These crispy balls are perfect for munching on the go.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup Nutschopped
- β1 tablespoon Nuttynutty flavor powder
- β1/4 cup Ballschocolate balls for garnish

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine poha, nuts, and nutty flavor powder.

2. Mix well until the poha is evenly coated with the nutty flavor.

3. Add a little water to the mixture and mix until it forms a dough.

4. Divide the dough into small balls.

5. Roll each ball between your palms to shape it into a smooth ball.

6. Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

7. When the oil is hot, add a few poha balls to the pan.

8. Fry the poha balls until they are golden brown and crispy.

9. Remove the fried poha balls from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate.
