Vegetarian Korean Pomegranate Jjigae
A flavorful and spicy Korean-style stew made with pomegranate and a variety of vegetables, perfect for a comforting vegetarian meal.

- β1 cup, sliced Mushrooms
- β1 cup, sliced Bell Peppers

- β2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- β1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- β1 cup, cooked Rice
