Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Smoky Cheese Crust
A flavorful and healthy salmon dish, topped with a smoky cheese crust, perfect for a gluten-free dinner.
Ingredients

- β1/2 cup, shredded smoked cheddar cheesefor crust
- β1/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbsfor crust
- β2 tbsp olive oilfor brushing salmon
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefor marinade
- β1 clove minced garlicfor marinade
- β1/4 cup, chopped fresh parsleyfor garnish

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Season salmon with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix together smoked cheddar cheese and gluten-free breadcrumbs.

Brush salmon with olive oil and place on grill.

Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

While salmon is cooking, mix together lemon juice and minced garlic.
