Korean Pear Tarts

Ingredients

- ●1 1/2 cups Nourishing Pastry Doughmade with vegan butter and plant-based milk
- ●2 tbsp Indulgent Maple Syrupgrade A, pure maple syrup
- ●1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (vegan alternative)soy or coconut yogurt
- ●1 tsp Korean Chili Flakesgochugaru or similar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Roll out the pastry dough to a thickness of 1/8 inch

Cut out circles of dough using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass

Place a spoonful of pear slices in the center of each dough circle

Fold the dough over the pears to form a triangle and press the edges to seal

Brush the tops of the tarts with a little water and sprinkle with Korean chili flakes

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown
