Pear and Tiropita Mexican Dessert
A unique dessert combining the sweetness of pear and the creaminess of tiropita, inspired by Mexican flavors.

- β1 cup tiropita cheese Filling

- β1 ripe pear, diced Pear
- β2 tablespoons Lime Juice
- β1 tablespoon Agave Syrup
- β1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder

Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 1/8 inch.

In a bowl, mix together tiropita cheese, cinnamon, and a pinch of sugar.

Arrange the pear slices on one half of the pastry, leaving a 1/2 inch border.
