Turkish Dolma Tacos
A fusion of Mexican and Turkish flavors in a delicious taco. Dolma fills are wrapped in a warm flour tortilla with fresh cilantro, onion, and salsa.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Nourishing Rice Cooked according to package instructions
- β2 tsp Herbal Mix (cumin, coriander, paprika)Mix of store-bought or homemade spices
- β1 lb Ground BeefCooked to 160Β°F (71Β°C)
- β1 cup Dolma Filling Store-bought or homemade
- β1 cup SauerkrautFinely chopped and drained
- β4-6 Flour TortillasSoft and pliable
- β1/4 cup CilantroChopped fresh
- β1/4 cup OnionDiced
- β1 cup SalsaStore-bought or homemade
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet to medium-high heat.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up into small pieces.

Add the herbal mix and cook for 1 minute.

Stir in the dolma filling and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds.

Assemble the tacos by spooning the beef and dolma mixture onto a tortilla, followed by a spoonful of sauerkraut and a sprinkle of cilantro and onion.
