- β2 tbsp Berbere spice
- β2 tbsp Ghee or vegetable oil
- β2 medium Tomatoes
- β2 large Potatoes
- β2 medium Carrots
- β1 can Red kidney beans
- β2 cups Water
- βto taste Salt

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
