Keto Ethiopian Berbere Stew
A spicy and flavorful low-carb stew from Ethiopia, made with berbere spice and nourishing ingredients.
Ingredients
- β2 tablespoons Berbere Spice Mix
- β1 pound Lamb ShoulderCut into 1-inch cubes
- β1 medium OnionChopped
- β3 cloves GarlicMinced
- β2 cups TomatoesFresh or canned
- β2 cups Lamb Broth
- β1 cup Braised GreensChopped kale or collard greens
- β2 tablespoons Ghee or Oil
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper

Heat the ghee or oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Add the lamb cubes and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Remove the lamb from the pot and set aside.

Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
