Classic American Potato Casserole
A comforting, rich casserole made with mashed russet potatoes and topped with a crispy, golden-brown crust.
Ingredients

- β1 cup All-purpose Flourfor thickening milk
- β1 cup Milk
- β2 tablespoons Butter
- β1/2 cup Sour Cream
- β1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Boil the russet potatoes until tender.

Mash the cooked potatoes with butter, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
