Canadian Lasagna
A hearty and comforting lasagna dish with a Canadian twist, featuring maple-glazed ham and a blend of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
- β1 (1.5 pound) boneless ham shoulder Maple-Glazed Ham
- β8-10 noodles Lasagna Noodles
- β1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- β1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- β1 medium Onions
- β3 cloves Garlic
- β2 cups Tomato Sauce
- β1/4 cup Olive Oil
- β1/4 cup chopped Fresh Parsley

Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add diced onions and cook until translucent.

Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

Add tomato sauce and stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and let cook for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

In a 9x13 inch baking dish, create a layer of tomato sauce on the bottom.

Arrange 4 cooked lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
