Traditional British Shepherd's Pie
A classic British dish made with ground lamb, vegetables, and mashed potatoes. It's a hearty and comforting meal that's perfect for cold weather.
Ingredients

- β3 large peeled and chopped potato
- β2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- β1 cup beef brothhomemade or store-bought
- β1/4 cup milk
- β2 tablespoons butterunsalted

In a large pan over medium heat, cook the ground lamb until browned, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks.

Add the chopped onion and carrot to the pan and cook until the vegetables are softened.

Gradually add the beef broth, whisking continuously, and bring the mixture to a boil.
