Coconut Doraji Stir Fry
A Thai-inspired stir fry dish featuring doraji and bellflower, served with a side of nostalgic crispy fried noodles.

- β2 cups, sliced doraji
- β1 cup, sliced bellflower
- β2 tbsp aerated oil
- β1/2 cup, thinly sliced irish onion
- β1 cup, peeled and diced root vegetable
- β1 cup coconut milk
- β2 tbsp confit

Instructions

Heat 1 tbsp of aerated oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced irish onion and cook until softened.

Add the sliced doraji and bellflower, and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add the diced root vegetable and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the coconut milk and stir well.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in the confit and cook for 1 minute.
