Grilled Tamales with Nectarine Salsa and Oysters
A fusion dish that combines the flavors of Mexico with the sweetness of nectarines. Grilled tamales are paired with a fresh and spicy salsa made from nectarines, a hint of Mexican chili, and a delicate topping of oysters.

Place tamales on the grill, turning occasionally, until lightly charred. This should take about 5 minutes per side.
