Shrimp and Vegetable Tagine
A flavorful and aromatic North African-inspired tagine with shrimp and vegetables. Serve over couscous for a delicious and nutritious meal.
Ingredients

- β1 cup ntaginedry
- β1 cup nccevichechopped
- β1/4 cup nccrunchychopped
Instructions

Heat oil in a large tagine or Dutch oven over medium heat.

Add chopped onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped carrots and cook until they start to soften, about 5 minutes.
