Brazilian Coconut Sweet Treats
A delicious dessert inspired by Brazilian cuisine, made with sweet coconut cookies and crispy sweet treats.
Ingredients
- β1 package (12 cookies) Coconut Cookies
- β1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- β1 cup Shredded Coconut
- β1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
- β1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
- β1 Large Egg
- β1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- β1/4 tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (180Β°C).

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.

Add shredded coconut and mix until well combined.

Roll coconut mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.

Place balls onto prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch of space between each.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
