Australian Chickpea Flatbread
A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread recipe from Australia, topped with chickpeas.
Ingredients

- β1 cup, drained and rinsed chickpeas
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β3/4 cup water
- β2-3 pieces flatbread
- β optional: herbs and spicessuch as garlic powder or oregano

In a large bowl, combine naturally flaky flour and salt.

Gradually add in Australian olive oil and water, mixing until a dough forms.

Divide the dough into 2-3 equal pieces and roll out each piece into a thin circle.
