Polish Potato Gratin
A classic French-inspired dish featuring crispy, golden potatoes baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- ●2 tablespoons Butterunsalted
- ●2 cloves Garlicminced
- ●4 slices Crispy baconcrumbled
- ●1 cup Cheesegrated Gruyère
- ●1/4 cup Fresh parsleychopped

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large saucepan, combine sliced potatoes and enough cold water to cover.

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain potatoes and set aside.

In a large skillet, cook crumbled bacon over medium heat until crispy.

Remove bacon from skillet with a slotted spoon and set aside.

Add butter to skillet and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

Add grated cheese to skillet and stir until melted.

In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, arrange a layer of potatoes.
