French-Style Lamb Koftas
A twist on traditional Greek koftas, this French-inspired dish combines the flavors of lamb with the elegance of French cuisine.
Ingredients
- β1 pound lamb
- β1/4 cup keftedesoptional, for added spice
- β1/4 cup milk
- β1 medium onion
- β3 cloves garlic
- β1 egg
- β1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- β1/4 cup parsley
- β1/4 cup feta cheese
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Grind lamb in a food processor until it is well ground.

Add keftedes, milk, onion, garlic, egg, parmesan cheese, parsley, and feta cheese to the food processor. Process until well combined.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.

Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a kofta.

Place the koftas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the koftas for 15-20 minutes, or until they are cooked through and lightly browned on the outside.
