Crispy Fried Rice
A simple and flavorful fried rice dish perfect for a quick meal. This recipe combines the crunch of fried ingredients with the comfort of rice.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons OilVegetable or peanut oil
- β1 EggBeaten
- β1/4 cup Fried ShallotsStore-bought or homemade
- β1 tablespoon Soy Sauce

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
