Malaysian Fried Rice
A classic Malaysian dish made with fried rice, vegetables, and spices. Perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Ingredients
- β2 cups cooked Rice
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- β1 medium, diced Onion
- β2 cloves, minced Garlic
- β1 cup Mixed vegetables (e.g., peas, carrots, corn)
- β2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon Oyster sauce (optional)
- β1 tablespoon Palm sugar (or brown sugar)
- βto taste Salt
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add diced onion and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add cooked rice to the wok or skillet and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
