Indian Beef Curry

Ingredients
- β1.5 lbs Beef (1.5 lbs)cut into bite-sized pieces
- β2 tbsp Coconut Oil
- β1 medium Oniondiced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- β1 tsp Gingergrated
- β2 tsp Indian Curry Powder
- β2 tbsp Tomato Paste
- β1 cup Beef Broth
- β1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Heat the coconut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the diced onion and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger and cook for another minute.

Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

Add the curry powder and cook for 1 minute.

Add the tomato paste and beef broth and stir to combine.
