Lobster Miso Stew

- β2 tbsp miso pastewhite or yellow miso
- β1 tsp jamaican allspiceground
- β1 tsp dried thymefresh or dried
- β2 tbsp lemon juicefreshly squeezed
- β4 cups fish stockhomemade or store-bought
- β2 medium swedediced
- β2 medium carrotsdiced

Heat a large pot over medium heat.

Add the fish stock, swede, carrots, allspice, and thyme. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
