Spicy Indian-Style Chickpea Stir Fry
A fusion twist on traditional Chinese stir fries, this spicy Indian-style chickpea dish combines the bold flavors of masala with the tender texture of chickpeas.
Ingredients

- β2 tablespoons mildly spicy Indian chana masala
- β2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- β1 medium, diced onion
- β2 cloves, minced garlic
- β1-inch piece, grated ginger
- β1 tablespoon soy sauce
- β1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- β1 teaspoon sugar
