Spicy Malaysian Baked Chicken
A flavorful and spicy chicken dish inspired by Malaysian cuisine, with a crispy almond crust.

- β2 lbs chicken breast
- β1/2 cup almond flour
- β1/4 cup milkfor egg wash
- β1/4 cup flour
- β1/4 cup spicy flouror extra spicy powder
- β2 tbsp spicy powder
- β1 tsp salt
- β1 tsp black pepper
- β4 tbsp buttermelted
- β1 piece mighty gingerabout 2 inches long

1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together spicy flour, salt, and black pepper.

3. In another bowl, mix together almond flour and milk to create a smooth paste.

4. Dip the chicken breast in the melted butter, then in the almond flour mixture, and finally in the spicy flour mixture.

5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Drizzle the melted butter over the chicken.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.

8. During the last 5 minutes of baking, add sliced mighty ginger on top of the chicken.
