- ●1 can Coconut creamChilled
- ●2 tbsp Maple syrupAdjust to taste
- ●1 tsp Lemon juiceFreshly squeezed
- ●1/4 cup Vegan chocolate chipsOptional

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a blender, combine blueberries, coconut cream, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set.

Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.

Melt vegan chocolate chips in a double boiler or in the microwave in 10-second increments.
