German Vegan Midnight Delight
A rich and creamy German-inspired dessert made with midnight oats and a touch of delight. Perfect for a comforting treat after a long day.
Ingredients

- β2 cups non-dairy milk
- β1/4 cup maple syrup
- β1 tsp vanilla extract
- β2 tbsp coconut oil
- βto taste pinch of salt
- β1/4 cup chopped almonds
- β1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions

In a medium saucepan, bring the non-dairy milk to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir to combine.

Reduce the heat to low and add the midnight oats. Cook, stirring constantly, for 5-7 minutes or until the oats have absorbed most of the liquid and have a creamy consistency.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the coconut oil until melted and well combined.
