Greek Fritter Bites
Crispy Greek fritters filled with feta cheese, served as a snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Crispy cornflake crust
- β1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- β1/2 cup, crumbled Feta cheese
- β1/4 cup, finely chopped Mellow onion
- β1 cup Fritter mix
- β1 Egg
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper

1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

2. In a bowl, mix together the feta cheese, mellow onion, egg, salt, and black pepper.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the fritter mix and crispy cornflake crust.

4. Add the yogurt to the fritter mix and mix until just combined.

5. Using your hands, shape the fritter mix into small balls and then flatten slightly into patties.

6. Dip each patty into the feta cheese mixture, coating both sides evenly.

7. Place the fritter bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
