Tamagoyaki & Apple Crisps
A delightful fusion of Japanese tamagoyaki eggs and crunchy apple crisps.
Ingredients

- β1 tablespoon sugar
- β1/4 cup water
- β1/4 teaspoon salt
- β1 large apple
- β2 tablespoons oil

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and salt.

2. Add water and whisk until smooth.

3. Heat a tamagoyaki pan or a small non-stick pan over medium heat.

4. Pour a small amount of the egg mixture into the pan and cook until the bottom is set.

5. Use a spatula to gently roll the egg mixture into a cylindrical shape.

6. Roll the tamagoyaki into a tight log and slice into 1-inch pieces.
