Magical Takoyaki Bites
A twist on the classic Japanese street food, infused with a hint of magic.
Ingredients
- β1 package Takoyaki batter mixFound at most Asian markets
- β1 tsp Magical lemongrass oilAdd a pinch of magic to your dish
- β2 stalks LemongrassUse the white and light green parts
- β1/4 cup Mild mayonnaiseFor a creamy sauce
- β1/4 cup Japanese pickled gingerThinly sliced and pickled in vinegar
- β1 tsp Sesame seedsFor garnish
Instructions

Heat the Magical lemongrass oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the Takoyaki batter mix and stir until combined.

Transfer the mixture to a Takoyaki pan or a non-stick skillet.

Drop small amounts of the mixture into the pan, filling it about 2/3 full.

Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the edges start to set.

Use a skewer to loosen the edges and flip the Takoyaki bites.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with a dollop of mild mayonnaise, a sprinkle of Japanese pickled ginger, and a pinch of sesame seeds.
