Japanese-Style Takoyaki with Magical Spice
A fusion of Japanese and magical flavors, this dish is a unique twist on the classic takoyaki. The mildly sweet takoyaki balls are filled with a delicious blend of magical spice and savory lemongrass.
Ingredients
- β1 cup Mild Takoyaki Mix
- β1 tsp Magical Spice
- β1 stalk Lemongrassminced
- β1/2 cup Japanese Mayo
- β1 cup Dashi Broth
- β1/4 cup Green Onionchopped
- β1 tsp Sesame Seeds
- β1/4 cup Takoyaki Sauce
- β1 cup Octopusdiced

Heat dashi broth to 180Β°F (82Β°C).

In a large bowl, combine takoyaki mix, magical spice, and minced lemongrass. Gradually add in dashi broth and mix until smooth.

Heat a takoyaki pan or a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Using a ladle, add a small amount of the mix to the pan and cook until the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the takoyaki balls over and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
