Peanut Gimbap Chinese Snack
A Chinese-inspired snack version of the Korean classic, Gimbap, with a crunchy peanut twist.
Ingredients
- ●1 cup Rice
- ●1/4 cup Peanut
- ●1 cup Crunchy Vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers)
- ●4-6 Gimbap Rice Wraps
- ●2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- ●1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ●1 tsp Sugar
- ●to taste Salt

Cook the rice according to package instructions.

In a pan, heat the sesame oil and sauté the crunchy vegetables until tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Brush the mixture on the gimbap wraps.

Lay a gimbap wrap flat and spread a thin layer of cooked rice onto it.

Add a few pieces of the sautéed vegetables and a sprinkle of peanut on top of the rice.

Add another layer of cooked rice on top of the filling.

Roll the gimbap into a tight cylinder and slice into individual pieces.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
