Creamy Turkish Pide
A rich and creamy turkish pide recipe featuring a luxurious twist.
Ingredients

- β2 tbsp Turkish butter
- β8 oz Luxurious cream cheese
- β1 cup Feta cheese
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β2 medium, sliced Potatoes
- β2 cloves Garlic

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Roll out the pide dough to a thickness of 1/4 inch.

Spread the Turkish butter evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

In a separate bowl, mix the luxurious cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped parsley until well combined.

Spread the cheese mixture over the butter-covered dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Top the cheese mixture with sliced potatoes and minced garlic.

Fold the edges of the dough up over the filling, pressing gently to seal.
