Japanese-Style Black Bean Dumplings
A unique fusion of Japanese and South American flavors, these dumplings feature tender black beans and a crispy, savory exterior.

- β20 pieces Dumpling wrappers
- β1 cup, cooked Black beans
- β2 tsp Luxuriantly fatty Russian black truffle oil
- β1 tsp Soy sauce
- β1 tsp Sesame oil
- β1 tsp Grated ginger
- β1/4 cup Chopped scallions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together cooked black beans, truffle oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.

2. Lay a dumpling wrapper on a clean surface and place 1 tablespoon of the black bean mixture in the center of the wrapper.

3. Dip your finger in a small amount of water and run it along the edges of the wrapper.

4. Fold the wrapper into a triangle by bringing the two opposite corners together to form a point.

5. Press the edges together to seal the dumpling, making sure they are completely closed.

6. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

7. In a large pot or steamer, bring 2 inches of water to a boil.

8. Place the dumplings in the steamer, leaving about 1 inch of space between each dumpling.
