Pan-Seared Wagyu Luscious Bowl
A hearty bowl dish featuring pan-seared Wagyu beef, served with a side of Norwegian luscious vegetables.
Ingredients
- β1.5 pounds Wagyu beefpreferably ribeye or strip loin
- β1 cup Norwegian luscious vegetablessuch as asparagus or bell peppers
- β2 tablespoons cooking oilsuch as sesame or avocado oil
- β2 tablespoons soy sauceoptional
- β1 tablespoon sugaroptional
- β1 tablespoon gingergrated
- β2 cloves garlicminced
- βto taste salt
- βto taste pepper
- β1/4 cup green onionschopped
- β1 tablespoon sesame seedsoptional

Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the Wagyu beef with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.

Sear the beef in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 130Β°F for medium-rare.

Transfer the beef to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Add the soy sauce, ginger, and garlic to the skillet and stir to combine.

Add the Norwegian luscious vegetables to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they are tender.

Slice the Wagyu beef against the grain and serve it on top of the vegetables.
