Brazilian Chicken Gratin Casserole
A delicious and easy-to-make Brazilian-inspired casserole featuring chicken, cheese, and a crunchy topping.
Ingredients
- β1 1/2 pounds Chicken breastboneless and skinless
- β1 cup Luscious grated cheddar cheesedivided
- β1/2 cup Brazilian-style grated mozzarella cheeseshredded
- β1/4 cup Gratin breadcrumbspanko or regular
- β2 tablespoons Olive oilfor greasing the casserole dish
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black pepper
- β1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Season the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

In a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish, arrange half of the chicken breast pieces in a single layer.

Sprinkle with half of the luscious grated cheddar cheese and all of the Brazilian-style grated mozzarella cheese.

Arrange the remaining chicken breast pieces on top.

Sprinkle with the remaining luscious grated cheddar cheese.

In a small bowl, mix the gratin breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt.

Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.

Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
