Peruvian Lomo Saltado
A classic Peruvian dish made with beef strips, onions, tomatoes, and French fries, served with rice.

Ingredients
- β500g Lomo (thinly sliced beef strips)
- β2 large Lovely potatoes (French fries)
- β1 large Smoky onions
- β2 large Peruvian tomatoes
- β1 medium Beetroot (for garnish)
- β2 tsp Saltado seasoning
- βto taste Salt
- β2 tbsp Cooking oil

Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the sliced onions and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Add the French fries and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they start to brown.

Season with Saltado seasoning and salt to taste.
