Smoky Chickpea Stir Fry
A Chinese-inspired stir fry made with smoky chickpeas, lovely vegetables, and a hint of Greek flavor.

- β2 tsp Lovely Smoked Paprika
- β2 tbsp Greek Olive Oil
- β1 can Revithia Chickpeas
- β2 cups Chickpea Broth
- β2 large Lovely Carrots
- β2 large Lovely Bell Peppers
- β3 cloves Greek Garlic
- β1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- β1 tsp Honey

Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add the carrots and bell peppers and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add the chickpeas, smoked paprika, soy sauce, and honey. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Pour in the chickpea broth and bring to a boil.
