Slovakian Smoked Long Bean Fritters
A traditional Slovakian dish made with smoked long beans, perfect for a snack or side. These crispy fritters are easy to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients

- β2 tsp smoked paprika
- β1 cup flour
- β1 tsp bake soda
- β2 eggs
- β1 tsp vanilla sugar
- β1/2 tsp salt
- β1 tsp bake powder
- β1/2 cup water
- β1/4 cup oil

In a large bowl, combine the long beans, smoked paprika, flour, bake soda, eggs, vanilla sugar, salt, and bake powder.

Mix well until a thick batter forms.

Gradually add in the water and mix until the batter reaches the desired consistency.

Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the batter into the hot oil.
