Kenyan-Style Bacon Skillet
A flavorful and spicy skillet dish made with crispy bacon, Kenyan spices, and lively vegetables.
Ingredients

- β1 medium onionchopped
- β2 tsp Kenyan spice mixavailable at African markets
- β2 tbsp lively vegetable oilsuch as coconut or avocado oil
- β1 skilletlarge, oven-safe
- β1 tsp saltto taste
- β1 tsp pepperto taste
- β1/4 cup fresh cilantrochopped, for garnish

Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).

Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.

Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.

Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until softened.
