Egyptian Smoky Lamb Kebabs
A flavorful and aromatic dish inspired by the streets of Egypt, featuring smoky lamb kebabs served with a side of fresh vegetables.

- β500g Lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
- β2 tablespoons Olive oil
- β1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- β1 teaspoon Salt
- β1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- β2 cloves Garlic, minced
- β1/4 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- β1/4 cup Fresh mint, chopped
- β4 Bell peppers, sliced
- β2 Onions, sliced
- β2 Tomatoes, sliced

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic. Add the lamb cubes and mix until coated.
