Filipino Pinakbet with Smoked Fish

- β2 Lightly Smoked Tomatocanned or fresh smoked tomato
- β1 cup Okrafresh or frozen
- β1 medium Eggplantsliced
- β2 Long Green Chilisliced
- β1 medium Onionsliced
- β3 cloves Garlicminced
- βto taste Salt
- βto taste Black Pepper
- β2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil

Instructions
