Pan-Seared Korean-Style Asparagus with Lemon-Tahini Sauce

- β2 tablespoons tahini
- β2 tablespoons lemon juice
- β1 tablespoon ghee or vegetable oil
- β1 tablespoon light soy sauceor gluten-free alternative
- β1 teaspoon Korean chili flakes
- βto taste salt
- βto taste black pepper
- β1 tablespoon tang

1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and blanch the asparagus for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.

2. Remove the asparagus from the water and set aside to cool.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, ghee or oil, soy sauce, and chili flakes until smooth.
