Tangy Asparagus Poached Salmon

- β1 lb White asparagus trimmed
- β2 tbsp Tangfor serving
- β1 tsp Light soy saucefor seasoning
- β1/4 tsp Korean chili flakesoptional for some heat
- βto taste Salt and pepper
- β4 cups Waterfor poaching

Instructions

Bring the water to a boil in a large saucepan.

Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the salmon, poaching for 8-10 minutes or until cooked through.

Meanwhile, toss the asparagus with the soy sauce, chili flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Steam the asparagus for 4-5 minutes or until tender.
